Klara Kropivsek

Klara is a Postdoctoral Fellow dedicated to researching Multiple Myeloma (MM) disease through the development of a 3D model, working within two IHB groups: Applied Organoid Technologies and Multi-Tissue Systems Engineering. She completed her studies in Biochemistry at the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia, followed by a Master’s thesis jointly with the University of South Australia, focusing on bioengineering. She did a PhD in the Snijder Lab at ETH Zurich, where she explored personalised medicine for MM. Her research utilised pharmacoscopy, integrating high-throughput imaging and -omics data to aid in guiding patient treatments in clinical settings.
