Ilya works on establishing phenotypic screening assays in organoid systems. He combines cell culture and assay automation, high-content imaging and data analysis. Ilya aims to develop robust and high-throughput organoid screening assays and computational tools for data-driven characterisation of various organoid models to increase both the speed and reliability of scientific discovery.
