Marc leads the Phenotyping platform. His group uses robotic liquid handlers and automated microscopy to carry out deep phenotyping screens on advanced 3D human systems. The group develops assays, image analysis pipelines and statistical analysis of multiparametric molecular fingerprints in collaboration with IHB and Roche scientists. Further, the group integrates IHB-developed technologies to increase throughput and reproducibility, and develops novel technologies in the field of spatial omics.
